Product Description
Centrifugal Separators clarify contaminated liquids and oils by using centrifugal force, which separate various solids mixed together in suspension within water-based liquids as well as within insoluble oils. Ultimately clean liquids are supplied to various industrial process such as metal and non-metal forming, grinding, lapping and honing. In automatic and semi-automatic cleaning models, the collected solids drop in properly dehydrated form for easier disposal. The successful applications for the separators include removal of water wash paint spray booth sludge, livestock wastewater solids, and collector/scrubber wet dust. Called centrifuge, centrifugal filter or centrifugal clarifier.

Product Feature
- Manual separators can simply be cleaned by pulling out a sludge holding rubber liner from the rotating bowl.
- Separable solids: Most of micron particles by grinding, ferrous and non-ferrous, as wheel grits, ceramic, glass, plastic, aluminum, cast iron, carbon or stainless steel, and many others.
- No consumables such as filtering media are needed.
- Clean liquids minimize scratches on the surface ground and extend the life of machine tools.
- No influence on chemical additives dissolved in the liquids
- Supply pump (for contaminated or clean liquid) is furnished by customer.
