Consisted of a separation vessel and an oily water feed pump (both mounted on the mobile cart) and a floating skimmer, the ReadyGo O/W separator once moved to any applicable place is really ready to suck up oily water or solution from tanks or pits and separates it into oil and water on a continual basis.
(1) The ReadyGo O/W separation vessel has chambers; separation, solid settlement
and outflow. Accordingly the separator has the function of three-phase separation
(oil/water/solid).
(2) The separation chamber is filled with efficient oil coalescing media.
(3) The solid settlement chamber has a drain for easy discharge of settled sludge as well
as easy cleaning of the inside of the vessel.
(4) In the outflow chamber, oils and water discharge through different outlets.
