"OilSeizer" Small Oil Skimmer

 

Features                       

- Small but powerful

- Compact, smart-looking, rugged stainless steel housing

- Least installation space (L250/L315*W160*H200mm) to fit the limited area inside  

  machineries

  as part washers or machining centers or oil/water separators.

- Sloped chute narrowed down into the outlet channel for rapid oil discharge

- See-through clear inspection window, used as a passage door with a finger hole, for easy

  replacement of belts    

- Uninterrupted skimming function regardless of fluctuating water level

- Simple, easy 4-bolt mounting on tank or stand

- On/off switch (Option for 3Ph electricity)      

- Both belt side wipers to remove two times more oils than the only side wiper does.

- Adjustable wiper blade to closely contact with both belt sides

- Pulley yoke with chains to prevent a submerged tail pulley from deviating or falling down

- Belt endlessed and made of chemical resistant oleophilic poly material. Belts for high

  liquids over 60oC are an option.

- Two models available to meet different hourly peaks of influx (8LPH and 16LPH)

- Optional electric aerator to reduce bacteria growth and to expedite suspended oil droplets

  to rise to the liquid surface, capturing them before being unintentionally transferred to the

  following process.

Remarks

Submerged tail pulley, yoke, chain included.

Belt length is measured from skimmer base to submerged tail pulley center.

Skimmer length includes 150mm for the motor.

Aerator( in 220V/1Ph only), On-off switch for 3Ph motor  (Switch for 1Ph motor is standard),

Exterior oil/water separator,

Belt for high temperature over 60oC

How It Works                                               

The motor-driven oleophilic belt rotates two pulleys. Oils stick to both sides of the rotating belt and get wiped out as the belt passes between bisymmetric wiping blades. Wiped oils flow down toward a positively sloped guide chute and instantly discharge off outside.

Applications

Small size coolant tank/pit, part washer, degreasing tank, rain-off cleaning tank, waste water tank, fishery processing plant, kitchen, commercial cooking room, pond, etc.
